Mandated by the Court prior to a final family law hearing. Can also be done before filing a case or after the case is over.

Details:

• Mediation is a process where a trained third party mediator assists persons to solve the problem pending between them
  
• Mediation is mandatory prior to any contested final hearing in family law cases
  
• Done in a neutral, safe environment
  
• Parties may attend with or without an attorney
  
• Mediation may be done prior to filing a case, at any point during a case, or after a case is concluded
  
• We provide certified mediators for family law cases, dependency cases, insurance cases and County Court cases
